Got this last week and it is working as described. Have tested for a range of about 1km in urban conditions and the communication is very loud and clear with minimal / no static. Overall value for money. Contents of the box is as described in the advertising post and nothing missing in the box
Update: One of the units developed an issue with channels and it was a random no, when you turn the selection knob. It was well past the return eligible time and almost 2 months since I bought these. Got in touch with the seller and explained the issue. They asked me to courier the radio, after inspecting the problem they replaced it with a new piece. Absolutely fantastic service. I also ordered additional batteries for the same and they were also sent by the seller promptly.

8 Q: What if I recieved damaged or different product?
Ans: If you received a damaged or different product, your order is covered by our 7-day free refund/replacement policy. After all the photo and video proofs are submitted by your end, we will either offer a refund or a replacement after inspecting the returned item. Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as sent, including its original packaging and all accompanying accessories. The replacement unit will be shipped after we receive the material in uncompromising condition. For a smooth return pick-up, keep the item with our outer box or case, MRP Tags, user manual, warranty cards, and other original accessories. 9 Q: 1. What happens if I want to return the item purchased using Coupon?
Ans:If you return the item within the return window and want a refund, you’ll get the amount paid by you. If you want a replacement, you’ll get it for free without any additional payment if additional charges are not applicable.
10 Q: What if I recieved a tempered parcel?
Ans: If you have recieved a tempered parcel, you are required to click photograph with tracking ID, order ID and original condition of the package clearly visible. You should shoot a video while opening it and showing all the items recieved and the condition. Customers can raise replacement/return request only if they provide sufficient image and video proof(s).
11 Q: What if I don't recieve my order while the statues is delivered?
Ans: If you haven’t received your order even after the status is delivered, you should immediately inform the Customer Care about your order. However, we would like to assure you that your money is totally safe. We kindly request you to check with your security personnel or household staff, as sometimes deliveries are entrusted to them.
In this case, we will raise a dispute and the logistics company will investigate and they will get your Products delivered within 7-15 Working days from the day your product was actually shipped.
If this also does not happen or the logistics company is unable to find your order, then we will send you NEW Product again via new and different courier free of cost.
Remember, our delivery times usually range from 3 to 15 working days.(as described in Shipment Policy) Thanks for your patience and understanding. We’re here to make sure you’re happy with your order.
